Some parts impressed, others didn't

The staff were helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcome .

The state of the rooms was disappointing, with issues like odors and maintenance failures that seriously detracted from comfort.

EVEN THOUGH WE WERE IN A SMOKE FREE ROOM, NEXT TO US WAS A SMOKING ROOM AND THE WHOLE HALL WAY, PLUS OUR ROOM WAS SMOKEY!

Location to our reunion. Breakfast, computer with printer, comfortable beds.

While the front desk staff was friendly, we encountered cleanliness issues and persistent musty odors. The breakfast options were limited and the decor felt outdated. The location was convenient. Proceed with caution!

Inn was full and I had to stay in a smoking room.

The parking lot need to fix bc the first thing custom want is coming they looking the lot thinking this is not hoter . They say it's MOTEL please fix the parking .thanks

The air conditioning worked well in our room it kept things cool in a humid weather and they had a bowl of fresh fruit options out all day very nice touch to have healthy snacks available. The boys really enjoyed the pool although the bathroom by the pool was out of commission which was a hassle but still they had fun in the hot tub.

It wasn't exactly cheap but acceptable for what we needed at the time.

The hotel was located just off the center, restaurants, and Minneapolis. All the staff were outstandingly accommodating, superbly friendly. The room I booked was needed to have things repaired but were just temporarily fixed and available where the air conditioning barely worked.

Make your own waffles good, could use some fruit on breakfast, other than some scabby-looking apples. Room clean, bed comfortable, nice chair and ottoman.

Either you listened to ROAR of air conditioning or opened your second floor window to hear ROAR of highway.

The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids! The location was super convenient, just off the interstate. We had a blast using the jet tub in our room after a long day on the road.

The hotel featured a lovely breakfast area with plenty of choices, and the staff was attentive, ensuring everyone had what they needed. The pool area was perfectly accessible for seniors.

Improve hallway cleanliness and remove musty odors.

Bed was comfortable. Room had been updated.

We booked our room as a non-smoking two queen and this is the first time (with Booked.net) that we were given a smoking room without even asking if that was ok....then they switched us to a non smoking king with a sofa bed. Sofa bed had dirty sheets and not very comfortable for two teen age boys. No pillows or blankets for sofa bed. No hand towels. I had to print out our sheet from Booked.net to prove that we had reserved the "non-smoking" room to get the King room at the same rate.

the rooms are pet-friendly and a nice size with spa bath, and the location is favourable close to national sports complex. the breakfast is satisfactory with a lot of food.

My recent stay was a mixed bag. the breakfast spread was impressive and my queen room was decent, but the lingering musty odor was quite off-putting.

The stay was short, primarily due to the unpleasant odors and unkempt hallways. The location was quite convenient for our plans. The breakfast options were numerous, which was a pleasant surprise.
